Your venue's AV, handled properly

Give your clients a managed AV workflow that carries your venue's technical details on every brief, routes work to the suppliers you trust and keeps you in view of every event in your spaces.

How It Works
01
Set up your venue workspace
Document your spaces once: dimensions, power, rigging, load-in and access. That tech pack travels with every client brief, so suppliers quote accurately the first time.
02
Curate your preferred suppliers
Choose the AV companies you trust to work in your venue. Client briefs that come through your venue link go to your preferred list.
03
Share your client link
Send clients a link that pre-fills your venue and spaces. They build their AV brief against your real technical constraints without a site visit for the basics.
04
Track every event
See the briefs, quotes and bookings happening in your spaces, so nothing about an event's production is a surprise on the day.
Questions

What is a tech pack?

A structured record of each space's technical reality: dimensions, ceiling heights, power, rigging points, load-in routes and access constraints. You document it once and every brief for your venue carries it automatically.

Do clients have to use our suppliers?

Briefs that come through your venue link go to your preferred supplier list. That is the point of the partnership: work in your venue goes to companies you trust in it.

Can we keep our existing AV partner?

Yes. Add them to your preferred list and they receive your clients' briefs through the platform, with the structure and payment protection that comes with it.

What do our clients see?

A clean, guided brief builder pre-filled with your venue's details. They do not need to understand AV, and they do not need an existing account to get started.

How do venue partnerships work commercially?

Partnership terms are agreed individually with each venue. Get in touch through the venue partnerships page and we will talk it through.
