What does it cost for venues?

How do venue partnerships work commercially?

Partnership terms are agreed individually with each venue. Get in touch through the venue partnerships page and we'll talk it through.

Do briefs have to use our house supplier?

You choose. Briefs in your spaces route to your house and approved suppliers first and you control that list at any time.

How much work is the tech pack?

About twenty minutes per space, once. Power, rigging, access and dimensions are then applied to every client spec automatically.

What is a tech pack?

A structured record of each space's technical reality: dimensions, ceiling heights, power, rigging points, load-in routes and access constraints. You document it once and every brief for your venue carries it automatically.

Can we keep our existing AV partner?

Yes. Add them to your preferred list and they receive your clients' briefs through the platform, with the structure and payment protection that comes with it.

What do our clients see?
