How much does Avarice cost for planners?

Nothing, ever. Avarice is free for event planners. We take a small commission from the supplier only when a booking is confirmed.

Do I need to understand AV to use it?

No. The guided builder asks plain-English questions about your event and turns the answers into a technical spec, with a recommended kit list and realistic day rates.

Who sees my brief?

Only the suppliers you explicitly select. Match scores and recommendations are advisory. Nothing on Avarice sends your event to a list automatically.

I already have a quote. Can Avarice check it?

Yes. The Quote Analyser reads an AV quote line by line and tells you what it covers, what looks unusual and where to ask questions. It's free and you can use it without building a spec.

What if my event changes after booking?

Update the booking in place. Both sides see exactly what changed and confirm the new terms so you're not renegotiating from scratch over email.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Each quote carries the supplier's own cancellation policy in plain English. You see the sentence on the quote itself, again on the dialog where you accept it and once more in the confirmation email so the terms are settled before any money moves. Your payment is protected either way because the balance only reaches the supplier after the event.
